Regulatory Specialist
As a Regulatory Remote Specialist, you will play a key role in helping corporate clients ensure full compliance with global, federal, and industry-specific regulatory frameworks. You will analyze evolving laws and standards, assist in developing compliance policies, and support teams in implementing risk-mitigation strategies. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, draft compliance documentation, and prepare reports for audits or regulatory inquiries. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred)
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or corporate governance
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOX, AML/KYC, ISO standards, etc.)
Experience with compliance audits, policy development, or risk assessment
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
High level of professionalism and adherence to confidentiality
