Qualifications
Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role
Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and court filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
